You don’t need to be an expert to benefit from journaling
Our journals are intentionally designed to be simple, guided, and completely overwhelm-free. Each page walks you through clear, thoughtful prompts that help you reflect, gain clarity, and make real progress without needing to “know how” to journal.
You just write whatever comes to mind, there is no right or wrong. The more you do it, the easier the words will flow. -
Every prompt is unique.
Each day you will have a new prompt, there is 180+ throughout the journals.
Some will follow a similar theme or ask you a question in a slightly different way - this is intentional to help solidify new thought patterns or emphasise certain things.

Yes - you can absolutely use more than one journal at the same time.
Many people choose to pair journals based on what they need most right now - for example, using the Daily Gratitude Journal while working through the Anti Anxiety or Anti Burnout Journal at a slower pace.There’s no “right” way to use them. You can move between journals, take things one step at a time, and adjust as your needs change.
The goal is to support you, not overwhelm you - so go at a pace that feels good for you.

Our journals are currently stocked in C + Co The Artisan Collective located in Westfield Innaloo and Westfield Carousel in Perth.

Yes we do - however, our journals are available worldwide on Amazon and are printed on demand in your country when you order from there.
This means that shipping will be a lot cheaper for you than from Australia. We don’t want you paying more than you need to for postage so check both options.
