Yes - you can absolutely use more than one journal at the same time.

Many people choose to pair journals based on what they need most right now - for example, using the Daily Gratitude Journal while working through the Anti Anxiety or Anti Burnout Journal at a slower pace.

There’s no “right” way to use them. You can move between journals, take things one step at a time, and adjust as your needs change.

The goal is to support you, not overwhelm you - so go at a pace that feels good for you.

We charge a discounted shipping rate of $9.99 for standard shipping throughout Australia. Any additional item is shipped free.

Once posted - you can expect to receive your journal within 2-7 business days.

We currently ship to NZ, UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, US and Canada. Postage is calculated by weight.

Selected journals are also available via Amazon to provide faster local delivery and reduce international shipping costs.

Availability and pricing may vary by region.

Because our journals are designed for personal reflection, we can only accept returns on unused, unwritten journals.

Returns are accepted if:

• The journal is unused and in original condition

• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

We can’t accept returns if:

• The journal has been written in or used

• The journal was damaged due to misuse

Faulty or damaged items
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
