My name is Tamara, and I created inward journal co in November 2024. These guided journals are designed to help people reconnect with themselves and build healthier, happier, more intentional lives.
My journey into journaling wasn’t a business decision originally - it was personal. After struggling with overwhelm, burnout, and anxiety, journaling became the tool that helped me understand my emotions, set boundaries, and rebuild my confidence.
I experienced firsthand how powerful reflection and self-awareness can be when you’re feeling lost or stretched too thin.
I created these guided journals because I wanted to make that same transformation accessible to others - not with blank pages, but with structured prompts that actually lead somewhere.
